Women’s Ministry
OUR GOAL:
Women’s Ministries seeks to expose women to their God given significance & opens to them unlimited opportunities for ministry in this church and Downriver communities. Women have special gifts from God that He has blessed us with. Women’s Ministries helps women find their gifts, and matches them to meaningful ministry. Every woman is encouraged to find her place in the body of Christ, because we believe living like Jesus & ministering in the Power of the Spirit should be a way of life for every Christian. In our Women’s Ministries, women ministering to women is more than a slogan, its a lifestyle.
We desire to minister to every woman according to her need and encourage each woman to find her place of ministry within this Body of Christ. With Beth Moore Class (Jan-Mar.), Ladies Rallies, Activities and future Classes, its our desire to bring wholeness and balance to women’s lives through discipleship and teaching of God’s Word. “Through love serving one another,” we encourage ladies in their use of talents in Nursery ministry, Funeral meals, annual Shoe Box Ministry, “With Love from Jesus”, and other projects.
